Then credit where credit is due.

First is the year I read the book, or discovered it. "Call numbers" are Univ. Of Michigan library holdings, or others with online catalogs. Bibliographic data simply cut ’n’ pasted from library data (library link below.) UM Call #'s are Library of Congress (LC); but some Dewey Decimal #'s come from other source libraries.

Arrangement is random. I’ll sort later. This contains my notes for a work-in-progress. Hence my copyright notice. Presented at no cost to you, but at cost to me, so please click through on banners to help me pay for this silly project.

Comment: Just finished it. Wonderful! A quote from a book club (QPB) promo: "The way to happiness lies not in mindless hedonism, but in mindful challenge" He takes decades of research, extracts the common man’s view of it, then compiles it into a convincing argument: get off your ass and do something for a reason other than money. That is, do what's innately satisfying for you (& possibly only for you) that is also without harm. Check my comments under Morehouse’s book, then consider Marlo Morgan’s Australian Aborigines behavior, then Csikszentmihaly makes even more sense than even he claims. Bottom line conclusion he reaches: We must absolutely freely choose to that which we have no choice but to do ... and that's yields "flow."
