Initial date is the year I read the book, or discovered it. "Locations" are Univ. Of Michigan library holdings, or others with online catalogs. Bibliographic data simply cut ’n’ pasted from library data (library link below.) Call #'s are Library of Congress (LC) and/or Dewey Decimal from source library.
Arrangement is random. I’ll sort later. This contains my notes for a work-in-progress. Hence my copyright notice. Presented at no cost to you, but at cost to me, so please click through on banners to help me pay for this silly project.

Comment: A birthday gift from my son signed "for your quest for enlightenment." A mathematician takes a shot at the big picture, about history & the history of history (not my favorite subject), and true to his field, lifelessly written, fraught with passive verbs. Tiring to read, but ok material. His title expresses the essence of his main point: that all of history and interpretation of history comes from three fundamental threads. He makes his point and uses a lot of pictures but he wore me down.
